Actor John Lloyd Cruz kept his promise to deliver assistance to children and COVID-19 frontliners through donations of vitamins.
John Lloyd personally went to Brgy. Guadalupe in Cebu City to distribute boxes of medicines and vitamins he donated. He has been living in this barangay since the imposition of community quarantine, reportedly, to be as close as possible to his son.
Since the lockdown, John Lloyd busied himself with looking after his child, among other things.
“Sa ngayon, pinipinta ko pa rin mga pangarap ko pa rin. Konting basa-basa. Pero naka establish na rin tayo ng sariling routine natin dito. Kasi bago pa nangyari yung paglaganap ng virus, andito na ako sa Cebu nun. Bandang Pebrero pa, andito na ako sa Cebu, nag-aalaga ng bata, gawaing bahay,” he said.

Last month, the actor was given praises in social media after offering his assistance and discussing with the barangay captain about the needs of his people.
