President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday, June 29, submitted his ninth weekly report to Congress.
The said report is part of the checks and balances measures under the “Bayanihan to Heal as One Act” that granted Duterte additional powers, such as the authority to realign items under the 2020 national budget, particularly government savings, to respond to the pandemic.
The Bayanihan law expired June 25.
