MANILA – The Philippines recorded a reduction in the number of jobless individuals in November last year, decreasing to 1.83 million from 2.18 million in the same period the previous year, and 2.09 million in October 2023.
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said this change led to an unemployment rate of 3.6 percent, marking a decrease from the 4.2 percent reported in both November 2022 and October 2023.
